Sally Studer is an owner of VO2 Fitness and teaches Cardio-Kickboxing, Personal Training, and private Group Fitness classes. Sally is a US Navy Veteran, a Certified Fitness Trainer, and she has been in the fitness industry for nearly twenty years. She has instructed military personnel and has taught in fitness studios in Alaska, Washington, California, and Ohio. In addition to her fitness instruction, Sally is a busy mom to two beautiful girls ages 13 and 15. Youth and adults, seasoned athletes and those new to fitness - Sally is ready to get you into shape with a robust training plan - from strength to cardio to a healthy diet.
