Unlike many gyms, we are not open unless we have clients or a group fitness class. See our Class Calendar for open hours; instructors are on site 15 minutes prior to each class start. Email or call us to set up a tour or schedule a visit!

 

PRICING

VO2 Monthly Unlimited

  • UNLIMITED Group Fitness Classes - $100/month

  • Attend ONE class per week for $60/month

  • Sign up for a monthly draft with any instructor

  • Pick a 1st of the month or 15th of the month payment date

Drop-In Rate

  • Attend any class, any time. No pre-registration required.

  • Pay as you go, only $15/class. (effective 11/1/18)

  • Drop-in rate applies to all group fitness classes (Cardio-Kickboxing, Boxfit, Total Body Blast, INSANITY and FLEX)

  • We occasionally hold speciality classes (Pilates, Creative Movement, etc.). These classes are priced individually.

Personal Training

  • Pricing varies by trainer and time length of session (30 vs 60 minutes).
